ANNUAL DBE GOAL FOR FFY2007
Notice is hereby given that Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit (TCAT), the public transit system of Tompkins County, Ithaca, NY, has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 3.75% for FTA funded transportation projects during federal fiscal year 2007. This goal is in accordance with regulations of USDOT 49 CFR Part 26, as amended.
