We Begin Testing TCAT's Text Alert System

January 12th, 2009

In the next week or so, we shall begin testing various Text Alert service options. Once we have completed this process this Alert System will give us the ability to text riders more up-to-date information about our service.

Just to remind you, the best way to get information is either via this website or by calling 277-RIDE. Our Customer Service Representative Tammie, is here from 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday to help you. After office hours, we change the 277-RIDE greeting to reflect any major delays.
